Megin Sharp, Founder and Director of Training at KidStrong, was an Elementary Physical Education teacher for 8 years prior to starting KidStrong with her husband, Matt. She noticed early on that there was a huge correlation between physical literacy and social/emotional development for kids entering grade school, and that they didn’t have the foundation they needed to be successful in life. When her daughter Ella started walking, she jumped on the opportunity to create the tools needed to help Ella become confident and successful in the real world.
With a Masters Degree in Exercise Science and a team of experts supporting her vision, Megin leads and develops the science-backed, unique curriculum that drives the program that KidStrong is today.
