KidStrong Brain and Body Camps will include Brain, Physical, and Character development training from our regular KidStrong classes as well as new challenges and games. We will also have a themed craft. Your child will have a blast, and we’ll be reinforcing important skills like confidence, teamwork, physical fitness, social skills, good sportsmanship, and more!


KidStrong is for ages 3 to 8 years old. We require all campers be potty trained.


KidStrong coaches are professional, experienced, highly-trained coaches who have a passion for child development, education, and fitness. 


  • Water bottle (must be pre-filled)

  • Snack for all campers, labeled and sealed in a ziplock bag*

  • Lunch for extended-day campers, labeled and contained in a sealed ziplock bag*

  • Campers should dress comfortably in clothes that allow them to move easily and freely. A portion of camp will be spent on the KidStrong floor, where children will be barefoot.

    *We are not a peanut-free facility and cannot guarantee such. However, for the safety of those with allergies, please refrain from bringing peanut products into the studio.

  • June 1-5, 2020: Superhero Camp (McKinney Location Only)

It’s Superhero Week at KidStrong and we’re going to be working on all things HERO, like leaping over buildings, knocking down walls, and working together as a super team. We’ll also be working on superhero related projects and kids are encouraged to wear their favorite superhero gear (Jedis are superheroes, too) throughout the week. There might be some superhero-related entertainment as well if we can talk a superhero into flying by the studio.

  • June 8-12, 2020: Sports Camp

​At Sports Camp, we’ll be focused on developing physical, mental, and character skills related to playing sports. We’ll be working on general sports preparedness like catching, throwing, running, changing direction, as well as mental and character skills like leadership, mental toughness, and being a good teammate. This camp is designed to give your kids a love of sports and help develop some of the essential skills needed to play.

  • June 15-19, 2020: Ninja Camp

Everyone wants to be a NINJA!!  Working on our ninja skills like climbing, jumping, hanging, climbing ropes, and everyone’s favorite - obstacle courses! We’ll also be focused on problem-solving and team-building through various challenging courses. Be ready for your kid to develop some serious ninja skills this week, so backyards beware. PARKOUR!

  • June 22-26, 2020: Confidence & Leadership Camp

Confidence & Leadership Camp is all about working on boosting our children’s confidence through leadership training. Confidence and leadership are valuable life skills and if developed at an early age can help give children an advantage as they enter school and beyond. This week we will be focused on developing confidence and leadership skills through team challenges, games focusing on teamwork, leadership opportunities, and public speaking. They may even be able to create their own “Team” obstacles to put their friends through.

  • July 13-17: Speed & Agility Camp

Speed & Agility Camp is all about improving general athletic ability by increasing speed, agility, and quickness. We’ll be focused on speed drills to increase explosive power and agility drills to improve quickness and the ability to change direction. These skills are crucial for athletic endeavors and will give your kids an advantage when playing sports later in life.

  • July 20-24: Olympics Camp

​Olympics week at KidStrong is all about celebrating the Olympics and the awesome athletes that make up these legendary events. Kids will be participating in Olympic-style training and events and as well as learning about the Olympics.

  • July 27-31: Fitness Camp

It’s fitness time at KidStrong! Each day kids will experience different physical fitness activities that will test their coordination, improve balance, increase endurance and overall strength. We want kids to love exercise, and the best way to do that is by making them more fit, faster, stronger and helping them learn how to live a healthy lifestyle.


  • Half-day Camp runs from 9am to 12pm and is $175/week.

  • Extended-day Camp runs from 9am to 2:30pm and is $225/week.


We also offer a special discount for anyone who signs up for all 7 weeks of Camp: Half-day camp is $1040 for all 7 weeks; Extended-day camp is $1340 for all 7 weeks.
