The Program

When school is out, KidStrong Academy is in...it's like camp, BUT BETTER!

Curriculum includes activities to enhance your child’s character, physical and brain development along age-specific milestones.

Your child will have a blast while learning with their peers and getting tons of physical activity. We’ll be reinforcing important skills like confidence, teamwork, physical fitness, social skills, good sportsmanship, and more!

8:50 - 9:50: Affirmations, Social Greeting, and Warm Up
9:50 - 10:50: Snack Time, Super Skills, and Game Time
10:50 - 11:00: Boost or Burner
11:00 - 11:50: Exploratory Time & Floor is Lava
11:50 - 12:30: Lunch
12:30 - 12:45: Close out Lunch: Story Time KSTV
12:45 - 1:30: Super Skill & Game Time
1:30 - 2:00: Build your own Obstacle Course
2:00 - 2:15: Circle Up
2:15 - 2:30: Prep for departure

Professional Coaches

Each session is led by two KidStrong coaches who are professional, experienced, highly-trained coaches who have a passion for child development and education.

Ages

KidStrong Academy is for ages 3 to 8 years old. All kids must be potty trained to attend KidStrong Academy. KidStrong membership is not required to attend Academy sessions.

KIDSTRONG ACADEMY ESSENTIALS

Water bottle (must be pre-filled)
Snack and lunch for all kids, labeled and sealed in a ziplock bag or lunchbox*
Kids should dress comfortably in clothes that allow them to move easily and freely. A portion of each session will be spent on the KidStrong floor, where children will be barefoot.

*We are not a peanut-free facility and cannot guarantee such. However, for the safety of those with allergies, please refrain from bringing peanut products into the center.

Superhero Session

During Superhero Week at KidStrong, we’re going to be working on all things HERO, like leaping over buildings, knocking down walls, and working together as a super team. We’ll also be working on superhero related projects and kids are encouraged to wear their favorite superhero gear (Jedis are superheroes, too) throughout the week. There might be some superhero-related entertainment as well if we can talk a superhero into flying by the center.

Ninja Session

Everyone wants to be a NINJA!! Working on our ninja skills like climbing, jumping, hanging, climbing ropes, and everyone’s favorite - obstacle courses! We’ll also be focused on problem-solving and team-building through various challenging courses. Be ready for your kid to develop some serious ninja skills this week, so backyards beware. PARKOUR!

Confidence + Leadership Session

Confidence + Leadership Session is all about working on boosting our children’s confidence through leadership training. Confidence and leadership are valuable life skills and if developed at an early age can help give children an advantage as they enter school and beyond. This week we will be focused on developing confidence and leadership skills through team challenges, games focusing on teamwork, leadership opportunities, and public speaking. They may even be able to create their own “Team” obstacles to put their friends through.
